Food Establishment Critique: A Food Establishment Critique is a thorough inspection of an establishment from food to service, décor to pricing, as well weaknesses and strengths of the business. This can be performed over a day or 2 and this is done to help the business identify what they would need to do in order to grow in the industry. Upon completion of a critique - A document will be handed over to the establishment with our findings and areas that require improvement. This type of critique must be booked at least 1 (one) month before any action may be taken.

Food Review: A Food Establishment Review is done by our team. The process consists of visiting an establishment, ordering one or more dishes and critiquing it based on presentation, taste and portion size. The purpose of this review is to source some of the best establishments around.
